Saicho Pina Faux-Lada

INGREDIENTS
25ml Coconut rum (Myth – Coconut White Cane Alcohol Free Spirit)
15ml Pineapple syrup
10ml Fresh lime juice
100ml Saicho Hojicha

GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a highball
Garnish with a pineapple leaf

METHOD
Add rum, lime and syrup to a cocktail shaker full of cubed ice, shake hard and fine strain over cubed ice in a highball, then top with the Saicho Hojicha. Stir to combine, garnish, then serve.
