Saicho Far East Side Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
50ml Gin (Pentire)
20ml Fresh lemon juice
10ml 1:1 sugar syrup
10 Mint leaves
50ml Saicho Jasmine
GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a highball
Garnish with a cucumber horse’s neck
METHOD
Using a vegetable peeler, take a long strip of cucumber and drape in a spiral on the inside of the glass, then fill with cubed ice. Add all ingredients except the Saicho Jasmine to a cocktail shaker full of cubed ice, shake and fine strain into the prepared glass, then top with the Saicho Jasmine, then serve.
